These baby back ribs are sprinkled with our rub then slowly cooked in our pit with a combination of apple & cherry woods for 5 to 7 hours. You will notice a light pink to rosy cast to the meat – a result only achieved by slow cooking with wood.

SAUCES

We have five house made Smokehouse Sauces. We used everyone’s favorite qualities from each BBQ region to create our “All-American” sauce. Those of you with a sweet tooth will enjoy the “Root Beer” sauce. Our “Smokehouse Gold” is a mustard based sauce. For a vinegary kick, try our “Kiss & Vinegar” sauce. We smoke our own jalapenos and habaneros for the “52 Alarm” sauce for lots of flavor and just enough heat. Don’t forget to add more of our Signature Rub to EVERYTHING, except dessert.
